We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Check-in was smooth and welcoming, Alessandro took the time to explain local recommendations, transport routes, and all the great amenities available in the apartment.
The place itself was spotless and clearly very well cared for—it felt like a home away from home. It’s also conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to explore all the main sights in Rome.
Communication with the host was easy and straightforward; he was quick to respond and very respectful of our space.
Overall, we had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
The host was very friendly and helpful. The communication was perfect, he even gave us presents upon arrival, he suggested us where to go, gave us directions. The appartment was completely new, renowated, with all the necessary accessories. Everything was perfectly clean with unlimited amount of cosmetic supplies to use. It was truly the best appartment&host combination we've experienced

The host is one of the kindest we've ever met—very attentive to details and always willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The apartment is well connected and located in a very quiet area.
It's spacious, comfortable, and also very cozy.
The host also gave us plenty of helpful recommendations.

I had the pleasure of staying here over the weekend, and the experience fully met my expectations! The apartment is just a few minutes from Tiburtina station (therefore in a strategic location), and it looks exactly like the photos—modern, charming, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary comforts.
What made the stay even more enjoyable was having Alessandro as the host. He is a friendly and helpful guy, and he provided excellent tips that made these days even more pleasant.
If I ever need to stay in the area again, I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!
We can only recommend this lovely apartment and its very welcoming and friendly host! The apartment is adorable, impeccably clean, and everything is new and tastefully decorated.
The bed and bath linens were perfect. The shower is equipped with soap and shampoo dispensers. Excellent coffee awaited us upon arrival, along with some treats and bottles of water.
There’s a first-aid kit and a complete guide explaining how to use the appliances and listing great places nearby. Truly, they thought of everything to make our stay pleasant and easy!
Alessandro was also extremely responsive to messages whenever we needed his advice.
The air conditioning was also much appreciated.
We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no issues coming back late at night, even as a group of girls.
